ENTER ARGENTINA WITH A MINOR
Minors of 13 years of age of any nationality who are travelling unaccompanied or without their parents or legal guardians require:
- A travel authorization:
- "Venia de Viaje" issued by the Argentine Consulate, or
- Alternatively, a travel authorization signed before a notary public and legalized with the Hague Apostille. NOTE: if it is not written in spanish, the authorization must be translated by an official argentine public translator and certified by the "Colegio de Traductores Publicos de la Republica Argentina".
- Minor's Birth Certificate (if not issued by Argentine authorities, certificate must have the Apostille attached)
- Valid Passport or travel document
All documentation must be presented in original.
EXIT ARGENTINA WITH A MINOR
Minors of 18 years of age, of any nationality, whose legal residence is in Argentina are who are travelling without both parents, in order to exit the country require:
- A travel authorization: "Venia de Viaje" issued by the Argentine Consulate
- Minor's Birth Certificate (if not issued by Argentine authorities, certificate must have the Apostille attached)
- Valid Passport or travel document
